This package of Holiday Home Service consists of:


Visiting your property twice a month the the winter season and once a month in the summer season, if your holiday home does not have any guests. We will cover the sofas and the beds with linen so they don't get dusty. If there is something that needs fixing, we will inform you immediately and at your request arrange for repairs (at an additional cost).


Payment of annual council tax on your behalf

Payment of electricity and water bills on your behalf

A spring cleaning service - A thorough clean at the start of the season.

Winter Service

Sometimes the winter in Bulgaria can be very cold with extremely low temperatures from minus 20 to 25 degrees, which can cause problems with the water pipes in your holiday home. With this package we will turn off the water supply in your home at the beginning of the cold season and empty any water heaters to prevent any freezing and cracking of the pipes.

We will visit your property twice a month during the winter season, ventilate it and inform you if anything is wrong and needs repairing.

At the beginning of the summer season we will switch the water back on and re-fill the water heating system.

Please note that an additional transport charge applies to all properties outside of Burgas. €0.15 per kilometer. We will do the additional calculation with you at the time of your enquiry.
