Spring Clean
Pre season Spring Cleaning
Because your home has been closed up for the winter, there will be a need to air and clean the property before the arrival of you or your guests for the holiday season. We will go in a week or days before the first arrival We will do a full pre season clean including, cleaning floors, moving all furniture (where possible) washing tiles in bathrooms and kitchen, cupboards inside and out, windows inside and out (where possible) laundering the curtains and drapes, making up beds with linens and towels. We will switch on the power, air conditioning and water, and make sure everything is in working order.

Holiday Changeover
For family, friends or guests arriving in your property. We will do a thorough clean and tidy of your property, make up beds with fresh linen and launder the existing bedding* prior to arrival, or after your guests departure. Please note. We do not inform you if there has been any damage or theft with this package. Neither does it include handing over keys to guests

Full Holiday Service
We can arrange everything for you so you don't have to worry about your holiday home while you are not there. We will be your key holder meeting your guests' at the property when they arrive. Your house or flat will be cleaned and prepared to a high standard.° We will turn on and off the electric and water between occupancies to minimise consumption and costs. We will carry out a full inventory of your home both before and after your guests. We will inform you of any theft or damage, and if you require it, will put it right at your cost.

Welcome Packs
These can be added to all our packages
There are 2 standard types of welcome pack available:
Basic - €10.00
Consists of tea bags, instant coffee, milk, sugar, 1 x Mineral water, toilet rolls and a bar of soap
Regular pack - €19.00
Consists of tea bags, instant coffee, milk, sugar, loaf of fresh bread, butter, jam, 6 eggs, breakfast cereal, 1 bottle of Mineral water, 1 x bottle of wine, 4 beers, toilet rolls and a bar of soap
Bespoke pack
If you or your guests have a special celebration during your visit and would like a surprise, such as flowers, chocolates, celebration cake or champagne placed in the property on arrival, please let us know and we will do our utmost to provide it. We will also do a welcome pack tailored to your individual requirements. Subject to availability. Prices on request.
Prices
Prices are per service and based on the following occupancies
- Studio ---up to 3 people
- 1 bedroom ---up to 5 people
- 2 bedrooms ---up to 6 people
- 3 bedrooms and villas up to 8 people
Higher occupancies will be charged at a higher rate to cover increased expenses for laundry. Quotes on request.
Fuel surcharge
An additional charge of €.09 per kilometre will be charged for properties outside of Burgas. We will do the calculations with you on your initial enquiry.
