We provide property maintenance services for holiday home owners in Bulgaria to meet their needs and requirements for the region of Burgas, South Black Sea coast to Sozopol and up to 40km inland from Burgas.

We are an experienced Bulgarian company and have been offering this service since 2004. We are proud to say our customers are pleased with the range of services and professionalism we offer and continue to use us. We are fluent in English and German language.

Cleaning Service

Our primary aim is to take care of your holiday house or apartment and it's garden (if you have one) whilst you are away,and make it ready for you, or your guest's arrival. We can make up fresh beds, have clean towels etc. ready and provide a welcome pack if required. We can supply the basic products such as tea, coffee, mineral water and toilet paper ready for you or your guests.We can also supply a custom pack tailored to your requirements.

We also appreciate that from time to time your holiday home will need refreshing, for example a fresh coat of paint, we can do this for you in the colours of your choice. We can also stop your garden from turning into a jungle, we will go along and cut the weeds and carry out general gardening duties, so you can relax and enjoy your stay !
